"I am an observer. I observe what is around me. Inspired by my time spent traveling through mountains and cities, the artwork I make with my hands is a reflection of my lived experience.

I am inspired by the intricate relationship between straight and curved, hard and soft, bone and flesh, in how opposing forces can find themselves side by side in natural harmony."
The path less traveled is the path André Brissette took to arrive where he is today. Born in Montréal, André displayed an interest in art at a young age, spending all the time he could drawing. However, he ended up pursuing a career rooted in mathematics. After more than ten years in finance, his creative side took over his cartesian side. André found his way from an investment banker to being the founder of a digital design studio. Studying fine art in London along the way to refine his technique, his journey has ultimately led him to sculptures.
